Is it important for Singaporeans to develop CQ in working or interacting with others from different cultural backgrounds ?

Singaporeans are already have difficulties getting along well with one another on a genuine daily basis.
Cultural Intelligence? Let me lie and tell you YES ok?
Depends on which kind of Cultural Intelligence you are after. If it's those put on a false mask and become everyone's best friend type of cultural intelligence, then of course I will tell you that Singaporeans excel very well in it.
But if you're after the genuine kind, then I can tell you maybe not many Singaporeans can actually excel in it.
