Pre-ejaculatory fluid are fluid emit from the Urethra of a man's penis. Also to your have to consider the ovulating cycle of your partner....

U're 13/14, unless you decide that your home is not comfortable enough and the boys home is suitable for u, end your thoughts about sex.

15 should be studying and not thinking of sex or worse pregnancy.
U can enter the boys home for any crime commited before the age of 16 and RTC for those above 16.
There are a decent number of offenders in the boys home and on probation due to sexual offence though i cannot disclose other information but unless you feel like joining them, please consider ur actions.

This is 1 reason why i am never out of boys in the boys home/hostel for me and my volunteers to go each week to do volunteery work.
