Welcome to singapore. You can consider going to Bugis for shopping, there are alot of small little shops there at Bugis village and lots of snacks from all over the world there in the basement of Parco Bugis.
Also, you can visit the various places of interest in singapore:
-For culture - You can go Little India, Geylang Serai, Chinatown etc. There are quite alot of things to see at Chinatown (North East Line - Chinatown). And Little India, there is a number of shopping malls there. City SQuare shopping more is a new addition there, but many shops there aren't opened yet. Mustafa shopping mall, is opened 24hrs daily. Both located North East Line Farrer Park.
-For shopping - You can go Bugis, Orchard, Vivocity and alot of the neighbourhood shopping malls
-For food - You can go Geylang, Maxwell Market(Near chinatown), and all over Singapore...For Seafood like chillicrabs etc, you can go East Coast Park etc...
