In Singapore, if you are a poor old man who is already 70 years old, the government refuses to help you and you have to end up sleeping on the streets and looking for used cardboards and cans to sell to make a living.
But if you are mentally handicapped like those who are born a a retard, there are homes who will take you in and take care of you for free.
In that case, for those old and poor people, perhaps they should act crazy? At least if they get send to woodbridge hospital or a home to stay they got free place and free food.
