Hello, can anyone tune in to Starhub cable channels successfully this morning??
Starhub hotline - refuses to take any calls.
I cant tune in too except those free to air channels. Trying to call 1633 in vain.

So I believe there is something wrong technically or something.
It is mean of them to refuse to take in any calls.
Starhub's service is getting worse to worst.

Press 1 for english
Press 3 for Starhub Tv

I believe they know most who call in today are to complain about the cable prob so they simply don't wanna entertain.

HDB rented flat is less than $100 per month

Update, still cannot access to paid channels and starhub still refuse to take in calls.
2 settop box. Room one working, living room one only can view free to air channel. Tried calling and keep saying all busy....

Think they simply switch on the message to get the callers listen to the phone message and refuse to take in calls from us.
Starhub's service is getting very worst.
I am overcharged and they have the cheek to call me for payment.

REds?? There are more complain about the mio than starhub. Among the starhub service, their cable is the least people complain about.
