  Most optical shops have. Its a matter of price.

  You can try ask around in some of the optical shops in shopping malls and then compare with neighbourhood stores (those under HDB blocks). Most important...make sure you see a proper cert displayed in the shop. An Optician needs a cert to dispense contact lens.

  bcos super low demand
  even those in shopping centres oso may not have
