  i prefer countup, up is nicer in every aspect, down is not a good word, down down down...yak!

  And i also wonder why people like to countdown for a New Year, just imagine, with each zero reached, you are getting older and older, weaker and weaker, everything down and down, lonelier and lonelier, sick and sicker, ugly and uglier...etc etc...what is there to celebrate for New year??? Haiz, humans, i really dun understand them.
