semi sleeping but cant move!

there was twice i experienced this on different occasion..i went home after school,very tired going to take an afternoon nap, i jus laid on my bed den close my eyes for few minutes.. not really slping yet..but i realise that i cant move myself or open my eyes but i can think which means im not asleep yet after a few seconds of struggle i can move alrdy..strange..
Any reasons or explanation?? or isit the old ppl say 鬼压床 or jus stress and tired? -

I tell u how. Go to the highest floor and jump down. Want to die dun waste time. Eventually u will die one day also.

sleep paralysis . Happens when u r too tired. happened to me quite a lot of times, when I didn't sleep for long periods or just damn tired.

There are 2 parts to the tales from the dark side....the first is a biological effect of excessive body tired and cause the shutdown or basically your hand had rest on certain part of body that cause blood circulation to slow down....
and there is the 鬼压床 but the experience is really rare....nothing to worry about that.

If it is truly 鬼压床 you would not be able to speak or move......sorry to disappoint you even if you are consious and awake. In any case the source of energy is unknown why would you want number there are always trade off.

LOL...what kinda chanting is that which involved da bei zuo, Bible or Allah.FYI i used to have such experience several times and ever since i accepted Christ things change.I even has the experience to cast out evil spirits at time back when i was in the NS time.Believe or not it's your choice.Science cannot proved everything but we are all human with limit resources.

I used to believe I was attacked by spirits when I had sleep paralysis. But after I understood the scientific reason behind it (hallucinations are common during sleep paralysis), I was able to control my thoughts when I encountered sleep paralysis again.
Same effect, different methods. I leave it to you to decide which method makes more sense in this world.

jumping is messing and worst if you jump on somebody or on a dog...so please dun jam, alot of cleaning up to do, the best is to sleep and die ya, so peaceful. -
