Hi, i was deported by the DIAC of australia the reason was i was there for 6 mths on holiday visa, which i know singaporean can stay up to 90days at one go,so i went to Auckland for 4days and i am bk in australia again for another 90 days, bt this time round i come bk to sing for 10days to renew my travel visa and im bk to aus again.i took a transit flight frm sing to darwin, as soon as i got into darwin i was deported straight away,the reason was1) i do not have a return tickert to sing 2)not enough money to fund for my trip, which i told them i have credit cards and i would buy a single ticket bk to sing as soon as i finish my trip....... bt they just ignore ...(i think they have a quota to meet)....cos they actually deported 2 singaporean that very day... i realli would like to go bk...bt i need to appeal at the australia embassy this time...cos they actually cancel my travel visa ,which i apply online... anyone can help by telling me what is best for me ....tks

I think they are banning you from getting there because they suspect you are going in as an illegal immigrant, work illegally and dun intend to come back to Singapore.

I think the only way for Australian embassy to grant you a travel visa would be that you purchase a return trip air ticket.
the reason for deportation is very simple...u dont have cash on hand say $1000 but rather a few hundred dollars only which is the best reason to deport anyone.if u came with a suitcase with wads of 20 dollar bills....im sure they would let u in!a smile too!
but if u come in with n0t much cash....and u look like u have been starving or lack of food or isnt as fat and look rather malnutritioned by ang mo standards...then...no luck.
but best u get air ticket out of oz b4 visa expires...that way they wont question u even.
australia is quite strict in immigration policy.u need to really observe how they function.as u are a sporean and it has no work holiday programmes between spore and oz,u need to produce paper werk in n out of oz.
people from korea,japan,taiwan,indonesia,england ans some european states are able to come werk n holiday in oz fer 1 year.this is based on age factor and government to government factors!

JUST READ FROM THE WEBSITE....NO IMMIGRATION AGENTS.PEOPLE ONLY GET AGENTS FOR JOBS IN OZ AND ELSEWHERE.IM SURE THERE IS IN VIETNAM OR ELSEWHERE BUT IN SPORE ITIS HARD TO GET ONE JOB AGENT .....FOR SOME STRANGE REASON.
TRY VIETNAM JOB AGENTS IN VIETNAM ITSELF OR KOREA.BUT IMMIGRATION TO OZ GOT HARDER LAST WEEK.THEY STOPPED SOME CATEGORIES OF JOB VISA TYPES IN OZ WHICH MIGHT GIVE U LIMITED CHANCE.
if i got a job offer...n my boss is willing to empoly me...will it be diffcult..to get a visa...i was wondering...!!!
last year it would be easy!!!this year not so sure...the DIAC website has more updates on which employment visas they will cancel soon etc etc or new visas in the pipeline.
in the recent years b4 ,even vietnamese who speak not much english could work in oz legally for many years in jobs where there are no australians willing to do.THEY DONT SPEAK DECENT PROPER ENGLISH!they speak in broken english and react just like any sporean in spore.however there is no assurance of a permanent residence status after that.Australia normally gets skilled people world wide.
why dont u try new zealand?i heard they gave priority for sporeans to immigrate there.try the NZIS website.and if u run out of options there....maybe u could think of the business migration scheme which allows people to immigrate after setting up a successful business there for years.it never said anything bout minimum sum for the business.
you just need to use proper procedure....reading from DIAC website will tell u step by step what to dofor australia....
