Where can I get the cheapest tongue piercing?
you can pierce your tongue yourself .. juz get one of those self tongue piercing kits. i had mine pierced at the beginning of last year and regretted it soon after anyways the cheapest is to get the kit and do it your self i've seen a bunch of those as cheap as 5 bucks..
not good leh use those kits sometimes kena contaminated then u can go bb liao... better is go those shop the ppl there help u do de.. more not risky

Rather you go to a place where you pay more for good service. I always tip my piercer, at least 10 bucks (so he'll do a better job the next time!).
