Facial wash (with scrub) after more than 1 week or so.
Thats all.
For body, sometimes I use a sponge thing.
But sometimes only, not all the times. Coz it tend to be too stimulating. Sometimes I am too tired and dont want to be stimulated.

i once went to a spa and a big man used a piece to towel to scrub my back. you will be surprised how much dirt there is.
