I heard that some people also have this same problem. It is about our night vision, everytime i am in a very dark place, my eyesight is full of sparkling dots(it doesnt make my vision any less clearer though), but i find it annoying. I asked a few of my friends and some said they do see dots while some said they see very clearly. How do I make my night vision clear without those dots? Should I contact a local optician?
connect the dots is it?

dunno wat talking u...
try asking professionals ba...
larryteo,
the dots are really called "Visual Snow"
possible causes :
1)lack of water
2)medication u have been taking that u might have side effects to
3)testerone issues
possible remedy:
1)abstain from that medicine thats giving u problem
2)drink more water
visual dots or snow is a new thing and the true cause is yet to be fully determined......
yah, like what beta wrote, could be floaters. a friend of mine got it recently. it was a detached retina that caused him to see floaters. you may need to get yourself checked at the optometrist.
Doctors are there to clear your doubt and problem.
maybe high blood pressure problem.
maybe it wasnt a detached retina but doctors wanna make more money.....
did the TS just went for lasik surgery? that is part of the side effects..it will disappear after a few months..
God showing u picture issit?

I have these since young, but they have worsened in the past 2 years, very irritating and depressing at times, especially when your ear is also ringing all the time.

Me too. Maybe staring at the computer all day also contributes to it? D:

Not sure, but looking into a blue sky you will see shooting stars.
it's probably floaters and could be caused by retina issues like what littlestream wrote. the best is to get checked by a doctor.
