look all around u, with this so called market based approach , wages remain stagnant , open to exploitation, sky high prices of housing and other necessities , again exploitation,

If a HDB is pricing at closed to a million for a lease property of 99 years......all you need is to feel a tremour off a huge Indonesia Earth Quake to shake the confident down to Zero....in 15 second.....
