Can poison kill you immediately

  Always watch in tv that when a person drink or eat a food or drinks that have been spiked with poison, he immediately vomit blood and die on the spot.

  Is this true?

  Are there such strong poisions in this world?

  Also, if the poison is so strong than once the drinks goes into the person mouth, the person will know that there is something wrong with the drinks as it is not the original taste so how can the person still be so stupid as to drink finish the whole bottle and than die immediately

  Depends... If it is a nerve poison, it takes only a drop the size of a hairpin. Some of the nerve poisons are tasteless and odourless.
