  Group 1: No time, and no money.
  Group 2: No time but with a lot of money.
  Group 3: Got time but has no money.
  Group 4: Got time, and has a lot of money.

  It depends on what you want to define as got time.

  Got time to slack?
  Got time to play?
  Got time to do what????

  If work is play, or if you really enjoy your work, or if you come up with a way to monetize your hobby, then you don't need to work another day! For work is play and play is work!

  I'll consider myself as group 4, because
  (i) money itself is a relative thing
  (ii) time at work = time at play. I love my work. It's fun and rewarding :)
