  used for paying school fees lo.. its like a few months they will give a sum of money into the PSEA account then they will deduct it accordingly so you don't need to pay. if im not wrong this PSEA is not vaild for Private school

  Yes, it is not valid for private schools.

  JC, Poly, local unis fees all can use $$ from this account though.
