What's the name of that pink hair girl show?

  She's has a pink hair, pink dress and a light pink stocking i think. And the characters are like puppets. The only real human in that show is the small pink hair girl and two big guys. That one big guy is the hero who lives in a blimp and will help the pink hair girl if she calls for help and the other big guy is the bad guy. Its a kids show. Does anyone here thinks that u know this kids show? the small pink hair girl is the starring of the show.
