Why are older people so lack of cleanliness and hygiene?

different era upbringing and thinking I suppose. they have little or no concept of hygiene and cleanliness I suppose. my old folks at home are messy. after cooking, can see alot of mess either in the sink, floor, stove and fridge. I also dunno why my older folks like to put old newspaper to cover vegetables and meat in the fridge.

aiyo.. u got sth against ur old folks is it? always hear u grumbling abt them.. the house belong to them right? If tat's the case u should respect their way of living.. unless u can afford to buy ur own home and move out.. then tat's a different story... -

extremely. our house is spot clean. And it keeps this way, because not only do my folks clean, but my sis and i do our share in the housework.

Don't you guys have maids in Singapore? Back when i lived in Singapore, i remember having 2 maids, that kept the house ridiculously clean.

very simple....as your title mention they are old and they need younger blood to clean up the house.....

My parents also use newspaper cover vege then put in fridge wat, important thing is got wash before cook or not, no hygiene also raise you till so big, unfillial and horny liao, immagine if got hygiene.
