He cant apply for E pass because he doesnt have a degree ( the university recognised by MOM is listed in the website) and he cant apply the S pass either becos those are for people who come from southeast Asia, china with a different criteria altogether. This means it is easier for a PRC to come here as a S pass holder doing a cleaner's job than for him, a Japanese to come here to do admin job with an E pass. Anyway I think his chance is slim... I might have to relocate, even though I love to stay here. Is this the way our government help to retain locals in sg? This is so sad!
