What are the alternative solutions which you can think of to reduce/ease the unhappiness of being in a rat race with ways to attempt to get yourself out from the rat race?
From being frustrated with work, having to deal with unreasonable colleagues, sabotagers, credit stealers, gossips and even naggers.
Share any tips or solutions that you have to ease the strain of being in the rat race having to work for money, and doing what we ourselves don't like to do.
How do you destress and make your life happier in this situation and what are your plans on moving forward?
the problem with the rat race is that even if you win, you're still a rat
Take on a job you'll never imagine yourself to ever be in.
Whats a rat race ?
kind of like horse racing, a gambling place where they put rats instead of horses, i guess
Do u use cheese or nuts as bait ?
different ppl have different ways of destressing themselves, but for me, i prefer to bed different gals, and bed them at the shortness possible time after knowing them
That is why i alway like to sharpen my chopper, i prepare those beds for guys as above
bet on horse race more chance

no, we use drug. Once the rat is addicted, u can see them racing for their life.

Quit your job loh, start looking for a new one.
er buy toto and hope to tio?
then while waiting for results u can imagine what u're gonna say to ur boss when u want to fire him

This is the life in almost every city of every country on earth...
You can choose not to race.
Just provide for your loved ones.

A rat race is a term used for an endless, self-defeating or pointless pursuit. It conjures up the image of the futile efforts of a lab rat trying to escape while running around a maze or in a wheel. In an analogy to the modern city, many rats in a single maze expend a lot of effort running around, but ultimately achieve nothing (meaningful) either collectively or individually.
The rat race is a term often used to describe work, particularly excessive work; in general terms, if one works too much, one is in the rat race. This terminology contains implications that many people see work as a seemingly endless pursuit with little reward or purpose. . . .

How to provide for loved ones without being in the race?
Perhaps some examples will be great.

It depends on what are your dreams, how much burdens do you have(wife, kids) If your job doesnt suit you, or too much politics, try finding a new one.

it's a trade off.
when u've nothing to worry about, like families and stuff
of cuz u can pursue ur dreams.
Whether you are in the rat race or not depends on you. Not on what others say.
If someone says you are in the rat race, thats their opinion.
As long as you work to the best of your ability, with the intention of providing for your family, you are ok.
But if you strive to beat all your friends, colleagues, and all in the field, for your own personal ego, then you are in the rat race.

isn't politics anywhere and everywhere? they are literally everywhere and i can't hide nor avoid it..that's the most frustrating part.
