  The problem is tips. You don't get incentive for providing more service. And secondly, I think that is because of understaff.

  when my boss gets angry and scold  me, he always ask "Hello, miss,  who paid you??"I would turn around and said "Customer pays me" and he keeps quiet.

  Its especially important when its past 3 days since you made an order online, and no one can tell you when is delivery.

  I have a feeling it'll reach me like only late next week. Its been 3 days, and all I see on their order status page is "order received". Honestly, I am an impatient person, thats why I'll go crazy if I live somewhere with a slower pace of life.
