Why do people 'blame'? I blame the persons who don't want to take responsibility for their actions; out of fear-- fear of punishment

Before I blame others, I usually find some fault with myself. If really the fault is 100% other party then I will blame them.

Should blame ppl? Ans is no, but you cannot stop ppl from putting blame on u. Moral of the story, cover ur own backside first instead of find whether we should blame ppl or not... its a dog eat dog world :)
