Where to learn singing?

I am interested in learning to sing as I sucks in singing and not because I want to be a singer
. how much does it costs to learn and where to learn? -
I recommend you the cheapest one.. but first where do you stay? which side?

They give certificate of completion recognised gobally. (you have the qualification to teach)
