  anchorvale field buangkok MRT punggol east flyover but anywhere windy will do, whether you are the only one flying is another thing...

  Pasir Ris Park (i was the only one flying it on a weekday, lie down flat on breakwaters and fly kite)

  West Coast Park. There's an uncle selling kites there on weekends. Quite a number of designs to choose from. :)

  West Coast Park is very crowded on weekends.

  Woodlands is another option.  If you're on SLE towards Woodlands, you'll see a lot of kite flyers on weekend evenings.

  line coated with powdered glass in the old days. Also the rarer fishing hooks line to snarl the other kite.

  I flew my kite at punggol jetty last week. Very windy, but area very small, with construction nearby.
