totally troublesome for me to look for channel.all my channel run away so far like channel(29,90,91,40,41,42,58,59,60,,62,63,64,66,67,68,69 etc so hard to find.why starhub must make this type of problematic system

the advertisement system is also EPIC FAIL
I didn't really like the system at first. But after learning that by clicking onto the " * " key, i get to see which is the current channel that it has gone to. So it isn't very difficult after all. Just require plenty of patience to get use to it =)
change is hard...

the main problem is that channels are now so far away from each other. Most of us buy channels in groups and in the new arrangement, the channels in each group are spread so far apart so you have to remember each channel number instead of being able to scroll through
