I say singtel and starhub.. just stick to your freaking price and let those people boycott all they want... most people will just subscribe anyway...
Btw, i am not a hug soccer fan... my personal take on this is this...
FIFA can make money all they want... its their business.. although that means that their priority is money over spreading the sports of soccer.
Singtel starhub is not really at fault.... they can set anyp price the want... because it also depends on demand supply law...
The most stupid group and most at fault group is soccer watchers..... Expensive??? so u want to watch or not??? expensive... then dun watch lah..... crap...
i personally do not intend to subsribe world cup telecast although i think it afforaddable for me because its one time... its 70 to 90 plus.... but nevertheless.. its still money to me and i think soccer is not really exciting.. although i do support a team in EPL.
THose fans like to make a woo ahhh... and make a facebook stuff...alright.. they can do it all they want.. but the truth is.. most singaporeans will just subcribe to it.....
Singaporeans they fight for all they want over this 70 to 90 plus fees... but when they do other things.. they dun think twice about spending money anyhow on other things.... Ironic indeed....
If you guys really find it expensive.. then just dun buy it.. no one is pointing a gun at you to ask u to buy.... stop complaining and whining... singapore's favorite pastime.
