Ahem! actually TS is saying abt 95% are in debts, and the other 5% are those overly in debt and waiting for court to decide whether to go to jail, pay or declare bankrupt. So, TS did not want to elaborate on the 5%.

Well, remember the 20 or 30% downpayment rule in the 80s? Not sure if you know about it but that was one of the ways which the govt controlled the car population. But the COE ruling is a sure way to bring in the revenue. Of course now they have long abolished that min downpayment thing.
People can buy cars with $0....sounds like COURTS huh lol

I dun see the point of comparing.
After this, you can compare the petrol prices in Malaysia and Singapore too. It's never ending.
Merely complaining and comparing doesn't help anyone.

As if you don't complain or compare my friend. It never ends, does it? lol It should never end. If it does, then there's no basis for improvement. Price of petrol in Indo is dirt cheap: 50 cts per litre compared to our $1.70. Msia does not even come into my sphere of comparison.

You rather compare with Indonesia than Malaysia??? The comparison doesn't work right in the first place.
And you missed the key word. I don't merely complain or compare, my friend. I take action.

Really? lol. Then you've really got to take a look at all those "complaints" about your gf's workload. What actions have you or your gf taken?

She's quitting next year right after her bond ends. Then she will be doing a Masters degree.
I'm planning to start a new business so that she can help me as well, and I'm already working on it. And this is because both of us know how the education system is like, and my action plan is to help students cope with it.
Finally, it's not just about workload. It's about the remuneration with regards to the workload.
Anything else?

Well, good for you :) But you can't do nothing about the MOE system. At least you are making a difference in your own way though.
