Should females that commit serious crime be caned as well?

  EVERYONE, YOU ALL CATCH NO BALLS ISIT?

  That applies the same to females, does whipping at the center of the butt even touches the front part or the bottom part of the female genitals? Even if the female private part is nearer doesn't mean that it would be touched right? Go use 1 measuring tape, go measure the distance between your private part and your butt, go try now, go try. Even if you think is too near, you can just hit higher if you think. Flame me , I will counter it

  Do you know that during child delivery a women's pelvis will break, shift or crack?

  SO imagine what caning will do to that part of the body while bearing the weight of her child during pregnancy.
