Disadvantages of being a young male

1. People can easily misunderstand you as someone fierce or unfriendly.
2. When you talk to a woman, she may misunderstand you (trying to approach her), when you talk to another man, he may also misunderstand you (trying to fight)
3. In MRTs or buses, you would be pinpointed to stand up and give up your seat. You may even be asked point blank to do so
4. During war, you will be first to get killed. Bank robbery, also first to be killed. When you are in a ship and the ship is sinking, you will be first to be asked to sacrifice. Only women, children, and elderly people will receive priority and can get onto the small rescue boat.
5. When you talk on the phone or call someone, the other party is more likely to get annoyed and irritated by you. Same if you approach a stranger on the street, lets say to sell something, ask for a survey, ask for a donation, or ask for directions.
6. When underwear gets lost and stolen, people suspect you.
7. When you happily use your handphone to record the beautiful beach sunset, some female joggers and other people suspect you.
8. Little kids and cute animals are not interested in interacting with you
9. If someone is lifting something heavy, unless if he is another young male, you will be expected to help that person and commence gym excercises on the spot.
10. Nobody respects you and nobody gives you deference.

To be honest, there are some advantages as well:
1. No monthly pain
2. usually during community meal time.....you will receive preferential treatment. Always some people will always say "young man you need to eat more, here this is for you"
3. In fire in cinema or other building, you can run the fastest
4. When you slip down and fall into a tiger den in the zoo, you have better chance of fighting and escaping. If some child fall down, you also can help him. If you slip and fall down to a river, you have better chance of swimming safely.
5. Have the best strength and the best speed (physical prowess)
6. each morning receive morning wood
7. Very good in spatial and numerical mental power. Good also in athetics and all sorts of sports.
8. When you join insurance, the premium is still low.
9. can talk to girls and flirt with them. Can also be a toyboy for older cougars.
10. Better able to tolerate alcohol, and also all kinds of poison.
11. Best at playing sudoku

As a young male adult, I have similar feelings too that males in this society are 2nd class or not very regarded.
1) Like the cleaner always put her collecting trays on my table (me eating alone) as opposed to next table where ladies are seated.
2) People stared at me when I'm too late to give up seat (another guy gave up before me).
3) Women colleagues telling me "you're a guy, so it's ok to eat more right?" and then just dump her unwanted meat into my plate.
4) Even latest ad on the bus (about fare by distance) shows a young lady in foreground (most importance?), old man and young kid.
5) In police crime ads, the criminal is always male.Not trying to be MCP but just airing my views....

Yes, in all renactments in crime watch, whenever there's robbery, the robbers always shoot the male employee first amongst the colleagues and female colleagues don't get shot.
