  hi guys,

  imagine youre a student looking for tuition, or a parent looking for tuition for your kids, which website do u think u will enquire to, A or B? just reply here saying "A" or "B", along with a very short explanation on why your choice is so.  thx so much!!

  note to mods: this isnt an advertisement and no company name is mentioned.. im genuinely just getting opinions..

  I check the contents. If your tuition centre offes genuine and contents worthy of the parents to check out or call up - wins. otherwise how you organize your interface and information is also crucial for a use friendly welsite.

  design tips i say color is important. don;t have a webbie where the color so strong that old people eyes like me one look like tio gamma ray radiation.

  i old uncle ah pek already.

  don;t take my comments too seriously. i will pick neither. i will mix them around as its clear to what i PERSONALLY fill okay. the colors on A can be swapped out (too bright to my old eyes) and maybe improve the arrangements on B.

  B cos more pictures less words but simplify it further. You got to cater to lowest denomination... not say all aunties uncles can use internet very well leh..

  nowadays I see website just a mess of info want to find something also difficult.

  Good design doesn't need to be fancy.

  B. A doesnt look like it's for tuition. looks more like job application web. B looks more like a tuition website. coz there are children pics inside.

  Its easy to change the background color for A if anyone wishes to vote A for simplicity and easy access to read or organize information. B the Layout may need some work and re arrangements though.

  because B looks more "web 2.0" than A
  B's design feel the whole screen, and makes the site looks bigger, and easier to nagivated

  A looks more like something from 2002-2006

  A. The template looks more professional. However, the website is a bit too dark to browse.

  B. The template is appeal to mass market. However, the website looks cheap and messy.

  usually i have a lot to say but then today id cut it short.

  B, def.

  B - white bg. fresh look. However, the header name. First word is usually a CAPS word right? from what i have see. Thus, u have mistake on ur 'Add' and 'MAKe'. Same for the words in the navigation button. Not consistent? I dont like how the header 'Wecome to company name' is being placed.

  A - gloomy feel. i feel sleepy. dont feel like signing up at all. use so many shades of blue? blue fonts on blue bg?

  B - if i m a parent

  A - may catch my attention if i m a student bcos it's less boring n conventional than B.  but after looking for a while, i will question if this is a genuine tuition website bcos it isn't what i expected it to look.  A looks like a private school website

  so i suggest use B as a base layout (keeping the expectations n essentials of how a tuition website shld look), but make some adjustment to the layout design to differentiate yrself fm the other tuition websites
