I've been to most of the public libraries in Singapore. While they have a pretty good collection and services, somehow I feel they all feel the same. I've heard that some libraries like those (Japan maybe?) have special themes. Anyone care to share their experiences? Or maybe what you hope to see maybe next time in our own Singapore libraries?
