If you are grapped from behind, again use your own body weight, let your legs hand in the air, and force your assailant onto the ground. If a pair of hands graps your neck, use both your hands, grap his arms, use your own body weight, and force him to the ground.

  The takewando black belt guy strike me first. He tried to kick me with his takewando kick. I just grab his legs and than use the low shadow kick to kick his dick and he flied 100 metres away. He became impotent after that.
