what does 'ah hia' mean?
This is Teochew for brother.
Ah Hia is bigger brother.
Ah Tee is smaller brother.
Ah Hia can be teochew or hokkien.
If you have more hokkien enquiries, do ask Bangulzai, he is an expert.
