Hello, can anyone enlighten me on this?
I am aware of this bill rebate by singtel for those who are eligible for recontract.
And one of the terms and conditions states:
"is open for acceptance only by you whose name, NRIC No., mobile service number and price plan are stated in the Acceptance & Undertaking Form; whose last contract with SingTel Mobile was at least 21 months ago and currently not under any bill rebate contract;"
So if I want to upgrade my mobile phone but the price plan remains the same (say I used iOne Plus for 21 mths and still intend to use it after upgrading), am I ineligible for the bill rebate?
why don't you just call up SingTel and ask them?
getting information from the source is better than 254th hand information
Very simple, if you're on a plan and already past 21 months, and intend to stay on that plan, no upgrade, no recontract, you are eligible for the rebate. Otherwise, no need to think about it.

U see anything that relates to price plans?
theres no free lunch....
usually u either
1) recontract 2-year plan and get a cash/bill rebate spanning the next 12 or 24 months.
2) sign/ re-contract a 2-year planand buy a phone.
you either choose to buy phone or get the rebate. not both

Hey, I just want an overview of the general public opinion and understanding man. What is so wrong about that. At least there are kind souls out there who are willing to reply to my post.
You'll be surprised at the number of improper stuff happening at improper places right now in this forum.

Your thread did not state you need opinion. YOu merely asking the questions that deem fit that Singtel staff would be able to handle. YOu go proper channel for such questions you will get answers from them. You come here for factual answers you may get wrong info.
