Yoz.. Anyone using Singtel's Mio Home service, or Mio TV service??
Just wanna ask, it was mentioned that Mio TV subscribers can enjoy 15 FREE movies every month. Apparently this free movie service is Channel 316.
Also, for Singnet Broadband subscribers, you can get to watch another 4 FREE movies on Channel 317, every month.
However, since I am a Mio Home subscriber (which includes both Mio TV and Singnet Broadband), I am unable to to watch both channels.
Anyone, experiencing the same thing as me? Or does anyone know how can I get both the channels activated? I tried calling 1688, and all I get is that damn "busy" message everytime.
I just want to know, if its possible for me to watch both 317 and 316, if yes then I think i have to go make a big fuss at Singtel.
