ANYONE MAILED PIRATED CD OVERSEAS BEF?

  hello guys, uhm, i ll just ask it straight-

   

  cos i would really like to send this movie i downloaded, to my gf who is currently 'stationed' in Indo.

   

  i guess i could try, like, uploading to megaupload or smthing, but over there the internet sucks, and my movie is 800mb (hollywood movie, not home-movie hehe)

   

  so i thought, what the heck, burn to blank dvd and post wif singpost.

   

  BUT,

  ~will singpost/watever, actually check the contents of the cd?

  ~will get in any trouble?

  ~will they just throw?

   

  to anyone who have tried before, can please share your experience? Thank you so much!!

  It's simply that, the internet over there unreliable/slow, so i worry- for example,
  download halfway kenna cut, then how? Also, if i use MU or watever, i also gotta pay a similar or higher amt, right??

  Depends on the country you are sending to.

  For indonesia, the CD might just get sent to censorship first before being sent to your GF.

  Singpost side don't care what you send.

  Indonesia will not care if it is pirated or not, they will just care if it needs to be censored or not. But in most cases, they don't care.

  For indonesia, try not to us post. or at least use EMS or registered mail.
