China could be a possible supporter of North Korea.
The US has already been in war ever since the world war two. I doubt any world war will happening soon.
Besides, what would any organisation gain from all the dead humans, they'd rather use us to make more money and live their lavish lifestyles.
Only more wars between the US and some random country will occur.
If there should be a world war 3 it would be a war between humans and the global change in weather..if this point is valid then we are at constant war.

there are many reasons to wars..
some for self defence, some to attain certain goal i.e. political power or important natural resource, some for money, some to evade poverty, some greed, some to liberate one from becoming a slave, some to save a nation....
when one country builds a nuclear weapon, another will be afraid and build one..and one after another...fear and trembling results

i think most in the list are very unlikely..The highest possible war would involve N. Korea and the the rest of the world if Russia and China don't support them.
Most of the world are progressing for self sustainability they'd have time only for self defence and not to start wars. Whilst most growing countries are doing that, I can only guess that the US will continue with their weapon tests on other countries using terrorism as an excuse.
