Did anyone of you have this new call tone when someone is calling you? - We can be friends?
I didnt sign up for one then when my friends call me, they say got this call tone, I tried it out and it is true.
Anyone also kena?
did u just upgrade/renew contract recently?
sometime they throw in some of these useless things for fwee for 1 mth or 3 mths
and u must call the CS hotline to terminate if u dun want it
(u cant say u dun want it at the point of signing for the upgrade or buying new fone at the shop)
or else they will happily charge u after the fwee period is over
anyway, if u dun want it, just call them to cancel it

Uh, singtel did send an sms to inform that all singtel customers that they will be changing out the default connectingtone to "singtel friends"to greet callers FREE OF CHARGE from 15 June 2010 onwards.
The sms from singtel originated from 741490 on the 14 June 2010. Check your sms records, or maybe you signed a line before that date.

ya. dunnoe free till when. i just changed one tone which cost 1.61, i dun wan pple to hear the same tone again and again haha

I checked my past msg record, cant find any msg from 741490...
But can see got tons of <ADV> msg.. lol
