Aree water

  Hi Anybody know if Aree water is a subsidy for some major company? I want to complain to their HQ about the manager who refuses to return / answer my calls. The delivery man deliver water to my house threaten me and my wife and the sale man lied that he came to my house to provide the sanitary tissues for cleaning the dispenser but never turned up. The technician supposed to come to my house on Saturday to service the dispenser did not turned up. He was supposed to come between 0900 hrs to 1300 hrs. But after waiting till 1315 hrs we called them and was told that they cannot made it to come over. Damn shit company. I want to cancel my contract but they refuse to listen to me and I asked for the manager. He is either on line or very buzy even if I asked to wait for him. They promised the manager will call me but after several times, still no call. The staff say if I am not happy, I can go down to their office and wait for the manager to talk to him. Give up !!! really, it's a Singapore company and I really don't know what to do now . . .

  This is water dispenser. You put a 19l bottle of water into the dispenser and you can enjoy hot or cold water instantly. I got this when my mum was still living with me as she need hot water to make her drink. Using the thermal flask was a chore as it was mostly empty all the time.
