Where can I get custom made spec lens

I have this emporio spec frame which i bought overseas. But recently I feel that there is a need for a replacement of lens due to changing of degrees.
May I know if anyone know of a spectacle shop in SG that provides custom made lens for your own spec frames? Urgent urgent :D

generally all spec shops can change lenses w/o changing frame lah... just bring down your specs frame down !! -
