  Hi i remember got one kind of light can be use to test the note because on the note that is some kind of liquid that need the light to show. But i not sure what kind of light is that and where to buy. what i know the light is blue/purple in color.

  should be called the fluorescence lamp iirc..

  Ultraviolet, they sell mini ones at homefix shops for 10 to 13 bucks, runs on batteries.
