  Anyone every seen Mrs Lee in person before? I believe I did but only once.

  When I was a little boy, my mother and I was riding on a SBS bus to my grandma, grandpa house when a lady who looked exactly like Mrs Lee boarded the bus at the Thai embassy and later alighted at then Plaza Singapura. Both me and my mother were shocked to see her.

  She was alone, no security personnel. She must have taken a lift from someone than took a bus transfer to Istana. 

  She was dressed in traditional Chinese qipao as one would always see her in public.
  She is western educated, modern yet traditional.

  Mrs Lee is the type of woman whom young Chinese woman should admire and emulate. She epitomizes modernity yet traditional.

  People of her generation have gone thru upheaval of British, Japanese, Malaysian, Indonesia Konfrontasi crisis. I dying bred of unfake people, I must say.

  i also once saw her + 2 bodyguards (1female and 1male) at Liang Court supermarket in front of me in the Q..she was just a normal lady in cheongsam..she bought 3 cans of preserved canned food..those you can eat with plain porridge..

  That was in 2006...RIP Mrs Lee
