Y do women have proportionally longer legs than men?

women have a shorter torso n longer legs, compared to men who have a longer torso n shorter legs.
u can get a man n women of same height, n compare them. The man will have a longer torso than the women, n short legs too. And vice versa.
Why are we made this way?? Why didn't God give us men longer legs?

actually, if I am not wrong, there are few type of body structure, divided by porportions.
for example, the 3-7, or 30% body, 70% legs. like what we see in most models or famously, Julia Roberts.
or the 2nd type 5-5, the body/legs are same proportions, these people have low CGs (centre of gravity) and these are most common.
and some who are just long. I once read, that for people who arms can touch their knees, they are good for swimming cause their wing-span can help to propel thru water faster.

yesterday angie and i siaoliao i want to exit in time she clamp so hard i can''t exit. she say because she high for 16hrs,. see a few weekds and months later she miss the schedule have to bring her medical checkup. better prepare dowry and tok toher fmaily.

the answer is simple. perfect dream girls should have higher legs to body ratio. guys shoul have equal body to legs ratio. otehrwise if girls have equal legs to body ratio they are probably as follows:
