So, in the next 10 years, could expect to see Downtown North, located at Mandai.
Every 10 years, can see 'Downtown', maybe 2030 will go north west and then 2040 will go north east. They all have 50-year lease.

(because in Singapore the entertainment industry does not pay so much)
- Lack of famous brands and companies
- Lack of little babies and little kids
- Lack of people who excercise and take up arts
- Lack of people who can speak a language properly
- Lack of community spirit
- Lack of neighbourliness spirit
- Lack of spiritual spirit
- Lack of home space
(apartments are so little)
- Lack of clean public toilets
- Lack of bicycle paths
- Lack of good, vibrant, e-community
(no good Singapore forums)
