  hi guys, does anyone have tried returning bottega bag bought from europe before? i bought one but at wrong spec... bummer. did all the VAT claim alr also..

  i will be going europe again, just wonder do they accept exchange or is there a time period that they will accept the swap within how many day? cos i bought it at the boutique, and there is no email address only phone number..

  i selling at cost price, meaning its so darn cheaper than singapore and with VAT claimed!

  Dunno abt the cooling period in europe.... in Sg there is a cooling period of a month or less.
