Some shops will open on [B][QUOTE]25 nov[/QUOTE][/B] so should be 25 [B]a lot will open[/B] but quite a sum of shops also might not be ready. As I see bus interchange also not ready also yet. Ntuc already put poster on their shutters thT opening 29 nov, but what I heard is isetan will open on 25 nov.

i think most of the big malls now have so many duplicate stores selling same things but different brands..
also, some of the shops are so small and furthermore, not sustainable that they keep changing.
