  haha. wouldn't you be happy ? But its not happy for shop owners.
  Maybe people(from other sides of the island) come NEX for just 1 times as they are curious. After that, they will seldomly go.

  confirm purchase customers sure got more staffs entertaining them,  nothing unusal, at LV in ION, once i confirm a bag, 5 staffs can serve you all together, one bring tea, one show you other bags, one explain to you about leather quality, one standby to take another bag to show you, one swiping your titanium

  I just grabbed a set of watches and got out, all in under 3 minutes, didn't even bothered to check, if the POS machine was faster it'll be great, they must be happy its the fastest 300 bucks they ever made.

  Wow, I was at NEX yesterday, and I was astonished, it really is a lot less crowded than before. If you ask me, vivocity would be more crowded than that relatively.

  Even all the popular eateries were the most 1/4 filled, and on a sunday afternoon.

  Damn, I sure hope it stays this way forever.

  Finally, I went down to Nex today during lunch hours.

  There are very few shoppers in Nex.

  Nex could be the case of too many shops and too few shoppers.

  Some shops might start to close soon.

  yea less ppl at nex now .. library opening on 11 march .. manage to find seat in foodcourt easily even on a sun evening .. so rare :lol:

  The heat is over. And only the fittest will survive. This is retail industry. Make full use of the catchment, identify your customer base and cater your products towards them. Else you will be the next to go.

  But unlike jurong point, where there is a bus interchange, nearby foreigner workers dormintories, it full of walking zombies and stalkers, Nex is more of geninue buyers and shoppers, mostly are like my aunt leaving in serangoon garden private house, she shop like no tomorrow. As for eating, we use to go chomp chomp...

  take electroncis and IT stuff. funan can easily beat all the outlets at these malls. sim lim is no horse run on variety. really just an aircon place to hang out window shop during free time.
