u noe y they killed chinese?cos during their invasion,chinese is the oonly race in singapore that put up a tough fight with them and especially at bukit timah hill. that small hill took japanese few days to finish it.

how come Harry Lee Kuan Yew never join the british militias to fight the Japanese?
He is peranakan baba, supposed to be loyal to Britain. He never fought but instead went to work for Japanese.

Dalforce, or the Singapore Overseas Chinese Anti-Japanese Volunteer Army (星�义勇军; Xinghua Yi Yong Jun) was an irregular forces/guerrilla unit within the British Straits Settlements Volunteer Force duringWorld War II. Its members were recruited among the ethnic Chinese people of Singapore.
It was created on 25 December 1941 by Lieutenant Colonel John Dalley of the Federated Malay States Police Force.
The unit was known to the British colonial administration as Dalforce, after its chief instructor and commanding officer, John Dalley, whereas the Chinese in Singapore only knew it as the Singapore Overseas Chinese Anti-Japanese Volunteer Army. This formation took part in the Battle of Singapore and some members conducted a guerrilla campaign against Japanese forces during theJapanese occupation.
The British noted how ferociously the Chinese volunteers in Dalforce fought, earning them the nickname Dalley's Desperadoes

LKY is most probably a British agent before WW2.............the Brits knew the Japs will lose for sure once USA got involved.............so keeping LKY alive is important..........
### don't tell me the Brits don't know LKY worked for the Japs ??? sure they know ..........that's why the Brits still support LKY after the war................the Brits are still controlling S'pore via PAP...........

battle of bukit timah hill was fought by allied forces and lasted one day
battle of pasir panjang had a malay brigate led by a malay commander and lasted 2 days.

maybe the Malay commander made a deal with the Japs.........let them wayang for 2 days and then surrender so no Japs are killed ?
