although the source of water going to the tap for washing hand basin and direct draw wherer you take water to boil and drink probably links with the one to the W.C, PUB only allows modification design and HDB flat construction when the project extend to water and sanitary piping works the same one pipe will always branch off to the tap first before the bath and/ or W.C. with the clean out end cap sealed and pressure always on from the source (i.e water pump) if your storey draws water from the tank at the bottom or water pressure height (i.e the weight of the water) if your storey draws water from the tanks in the ceiling, during normal operations water will never back flow so there is a less chance for water heading to the W.C to mis with the watre flowing at the exit to the taps.

if nt from. 70% of new clean water goes to industry. only 30% is pump into reservior to mix with the rain water.
new clean water kill every mother fker inside it . so nothing can stay alive in pure clean water. it has no nutrients and anything compare to rain water. so if u keep drink new clean water. it is not so healthy. thats y they only pump 30% to our drinking water.
