  its like a zoo or live show, as long there is a window with a kitchen staff making something there will be lotsa people looking at it.

   

  the DTF is always full of ppl looking at the xlb making process.

  i admit i have never heard of anything called a chicken cake in my life. i went to google for pictures and i get a page full of chicken themed cakes, literally.

   

  i'm guessing its along the line of fish cakes etc.........
